Trading journal app

The journal you can actually reach at the desk.

Open it on your phone and you get the real thing — the same dashboard, the same calendar, the same journal. Log the trade while the reasoning is still fresh, not three hours later when you have talked yourself into a better story.

Straight answer: there is no App Store listing yet

Native iOS and Android apps are in development. What exists today is the full web app, which is built responsively and works properly on a phone — not a shrunken desktop page. Most people add it to their home screen, where it opens fullscreen and behaves like any other app.

On iPhone: open app.sureinsight.app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, Chrome offers Install app from the menu.

What you can genuinely do from a phone

Not a feature list — the four things people actually open a journal on their phone to do.

Log a trade you just took

Manual entry covers all seven instrument kinds, and an open position can be saved as still running.

Add the screenshot while it matters

Paste or upload a chart into the day's journal from the camera roll, before the reasoning fades.

Read yesterday properly

Dashboard, calendar, P&L and the day's review — the real pages, not a cut-down mobile view.

Check a synced account

If the broker is connected the trades are already there. Nothing to import from a phone.

One account, both screens

There is no separate mobile database and nothing to sync by hand. A note typed on a train is on the desktop before you get home.

  • Same login, same trades, same journal entries
  • Broker auto-sync keeps running whether your phone is open or not
  • Screenshots taken on a phone appear in the desktop trade detail
  • Nothing is stored only on the device — losing the phone loses nothing

Common questions

Is there a SureInsight app on the App Store or Google Play?

Not yet. Native iOS and Android apps are in development. Today SureInsight runs in your phone's browser at app.sureinsight.app and is fully responsive, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

Can I log a trade from my phone?

Yes. Manual entry, notes, screenshots and tags all work on a phone, and if your broker is connected the trades arrive on their own without you touching anything.

Do my trades sync between phone and desktop?

Yes. It is one account and one database — anything logged on a phone is on the desktop immediately, and the reverse.

Does the app cost anything?

No. The free tier works on mobile exactly as it does on desktop. Pro adds broker auto-sync, AI coaching and backtesting from $7.50 a month billed annually.
